The extruded applications about Two-component road marking include 98:2 External-Mix & 1:1 External-Mix.Film thickness is 1.2-1.5 mm.Full line & good reflective effect & service life is greatly extended.But the cost of this marking will increase with the increasing of consumption of road marking paint.

Advantages:

1. Equipment and construction technology both are simple.

2. Allow the curing agent to have a small deviation.

3. Two components can achieve the uniform mixing effect above the 4 kgs.

Attentions:

1.During construction maybe happen the accident caused by confusion of two components.

2.In order to ensure the continuous construction, especially in the high temperature environment,the scrape need to be cleaned and replaced.

Advantages:

1.Equipment and construction technology both are simple.

2.Just needing one component during construction and can effectively avoid the accident which is caused by confusion of the paint.

Attentions:

1.Theoretically curing agent is not allowed to have any deviation,construction personnel need to

  have a mature “fell”experience to ensure the uniform mixing between curing agent and paint.

2.In order to ensure the continuous construction, especially in the high temperature

 environment,the scrape need to be cleaned and replaced.

3.Two components can’t achieve the uniform mixing effect above the 4 kgs, this application just

  fit the paint mixing blew 3 kgs.
